I am a Clinical Psychologist with extensive clinical training and 20+ years of experience in psychological assessment and individual psychotherapy with adult clients. I also offer life coaching and facilitation of psychological group retreats.
My Ph.D. graduate studies were completed at York University where I received additional clinical training, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, at the former Queen Street Mental Health Centre and Clarke Institute of Psychiatry (now the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health), as well as Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. In my practice, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life (e.g., students, professionals). I have also treated a large number of law enforcement personnel and their families for trauma and other mental health concerns. In addition to my private practice, I work part-time at Saint Michael’s Hospital in a research unit devoted to the study of individuals living with HIV.
